Markets do not launch. They get triggered.

LOADED is value the market contract has actually received and allocated to the active cycle. STAGED is received value allocated to a future cycle, and PENDING VENUE SWEEP is venue fees that have not been delivered to the market contract at all.

Those are three separate balances. KNOKQ never sums them and offers no total, because only two of them are capital a cycle can spend. Revenue counts as loaded only once it has reached the market contract.

Pons v2 already provides the launch factory, the bonding curve, deterministic curve math, fee accounting, automatic graduation and Uniswap v4 liquidity locking. KNOKQ spends its engineering on conditional market state and recurring cycles instead of rebuilding a generic launchpad.

Pons v2 is the default launch venue, and a market keeps the venue it was armed on, so Pons-backed markets stay on Pons. Each Pons launch goes through one router with the creator fee recipient set to the market, the creator tax at zero and buyback off, and those values are read back at birth before the token is adopted. Pons can redirect a market's fee recipient after a public three-day notice, which KNOKQ detects and surfaces but cannot prevent.

Atomic manipulation around a cycle execution is bounded or refused by the execution protection. A tranche's reference price is sampled in an earlier block than the spend, so a front-run cannot widen the bound it is priced against, and measured extraction is zero at 5%, 10%, 20%, 40% and 80% front-runs with the attacker's own P&L negative at every size.

Pre-trigger manipulation is not solved and is not claimed to be. The barrier is public, so the buyback's arrival is predictable, and an attacker who positions before the trigger latches and holds it measured 272 to 4085 bps of return across both venues.

Seven, in the production registry on mainnet: CLSK, DELL, CRWV, USAR, USO, CRCL and SNDK. Each one carries its own measured freshness ceiling under TriggerPolicyV1, the deployed and production-approved trigger policy. Every other feed is production-disabled, including NVDA, whose rounds are fresh within thirty minutes only 13.6% of the time.

While public arming is open, any wallet that meets the factory's rules can arm a market; no account is favoured. The owner can close it again with a separate transaction, and the Status page reads the factory and shows whether it is open right now.

A stale or paused feed means no trigger. Venue config that drifted between arm and birth blocks the launch and records what drifted, without erasing a trigger that already latched.

A venue with no executable route pauses the cycle and leaves the committed capital untouched. A live price outside the execution envelope defers the tranche, spends nothing, and any later caller can retry it after a permissionless refresh.
